Looking back through the films, She's more experienced and better strength wise than Po. If Po hadn't landed on the stadium/or actually managed to get in the event before the doors closed. I'm pretty sure Tigress would be chosen just by how (let's be honest, she's more developed than the others in terms of story and character arc, they even gave her a whole golden Robe in the new installments). If she were chosen as the Dragon Warrior and Ooh way had a change of fate (realistically he wouldn't choose anyone because Po Wouldn't be there, leaving everyone stunned). So IF she was chosen and then Oogway departed leaving Shifu with the news of Tai Lung Breaking from prison, would that just be it for the Valley Of Peace? Going through how the characters played out in the very first movie and predicting: Oogway going by destiny might either choose Tigress or Not choose anyone at all due to Po not being fate driven to meet. This would probably lead to an argument between Not only the Five but Shifu and Oogway, maybe they bring up Tai Lung? Do the Five maybe get second doubts on their teachings? Po would probably already be back in the restaurant by the time this all goes down (and probably heard the news that no one or Tigress was chosen). If Oogway gets the prediction that Tai Lung will return will he be harder on the five to train them to defeat him? Maybe If Tigress is chosen, she is taught the Wushi Finger Hold by Shifu, Or As Planned by Shifu (when he thought Po would fail): The entire Valley would evacuate and Shifu would most likely die due to not being interrupted by Po (or maybe Things change; Four of the Furious Five go to fight Tai Lung while Tigress trains with Shifu. The whole scroll and training montage but with Trigress, After the Four's Defeat, Tigress Finds the Scroll's reflective reveal to be (idk you guys can tell me), and then when Shifu panics because the scroll is "empty" he goes with the evacuation plan because he believes there is not hope for Trigress to win, But then we get a sick fight between Tigress and Tai Lung (would it end like the bridge fight scene?). Or if no one was chosen at all for Dragon Warrior, the Five were defeated at the bridge, Shifu sends everyone to evacuate after Oogway's departure. Tai Lung manages to get the scroll (and thanks to one Reddit Commenter it got me thinking), He sees the blank page and believes that it's a fake and goes on a wrath and Venegful ridden quest to find the "real scroll". But idk what do you guys think?

Why Wasn't Tigress The Dragon Warrior?
