Almost every property on tenant.co.nz has “There are currently no viewing times available for this property.”, why is this?

We booked a viewing for the home as soon as it was listed, and chose the only available slot for the viewing. I have since checked the website to see if there are any new viewings and it says “There are currently no viewing times available for this property.”, and then I checked other properties and 90% of them have the same note.

Why is this? As far as i’m aware, we showed up to the only viewing slot available as I caught it right away, and there hasn’t been another time since.
