Going to Vegas solo for a few days before others join. Any recs?

I've been to Vegas before as a group and I've seen all the casinos and basic tourist things. Are there any good restaurants on the strip or within a 10-15min uber that are "must try" restaurants? I'll be there by myself on the weekend and everyone else gets there Sunday/mon so just looking for a few places to get some good food and a place to get some nice cocktails afterwards. And maybe an activity or 2 to do each day.
