C&P Examiner mess up

I had a C&P exam via telehealth for a MH (even though i filed hypersomnolence secondary to depression separate due to medication causing hypersomnolence). I got the DBQ back and he checked off [Occupational and social impairment with reduced reliability and productivity] which is rated at 50% but im already at 70% for MH [Occupational and social impairment with deficiencies in most areas, such as work, school, family relations, judgment, thinking and/or mood] but then under symptoms he checks all the normal ones that fall under 70% but then added [Grossly inappropriate behavior] which is the only one out of all that he checked that falls under 100%. I feel like he contradicted his own evaluation and now im looking at a possible reduction.
