Beginner wanting to find first bike

Hey y'all, I'm a brand new rider with my only experience being the Harley MSF rider course. I rode the harley street 500 for the course and the weight and control placement felt good to me. Given that I learned on a manual I would like to continue on a manual.

I'm about 6 foot, 260 pounds if that matters much. I'd prefer a cruiser type, but I'm open to anything if there's something that's more beginner friendly. Make doesn't matter. The fastest I'll need to be able to comfortably ride is about 50 mph.

I don't have a particular budget but I'd like to shy away from anything too pricey.
