what's your (12) bro level around day50?

I'm an average player pouring ~800hr into the game. My recently play-through (EEI) is having around 12 bros, ~lv7 at day50. I do try attack caravan, peasant and do small camp asap...etc. I'm wondering what's everyone's average bro level around day50? Any tips to further speed up? Thanks
