Bought from 10 pin doctors?

I saved up enough money and purchased one of those release trainers. Website and receipt says “2-3 weeks for production”, but I bought it a month ago and haven’t heard a single update about it. I’ve emailed them through the site asking for an update, but have not received a single update or reply.

Has anyone purchased from 10 pin doctors? Anyone have the same experience? Anyone else disappointed?
