Another job change? or career?

i am with a company who asked me to come back after a sr retired. I did, and im regretting it..nothing changed, same old sh$t. Ive been in IT support 20+ years..feeling burned out but at my age im concerned, should i stay?, goto another tech job?, or maybe change.? Heck ive considered 2 part time jobs to just make what i need....
