ASA controls and system help

Hi everyone!! I recently started playing ASA after years of ASE and I really like the game. However there are some things that I dislike and I was wondering if there was a way to change them I play on xbox and the controls on ASE feel better than ASA especially the cursor how it moves on the menu. Is there a way to make the cursor feel a bit more sturdy and precise like the one in ASE also what are the new controls? I’m unable to pass stacks or choose what hotbar I want items equipped. If anyone can help I would really appreciate it.
