Best Buy Job Application taking a very long time

Applied to Best Buy almost 3 weeks ago and not sure what to think. applied on May 13, completed the prerecorded video interview, and then got invited to schedule a live video interview. After that, my application status showed that it was being reviewed.

Im still waiting and I haven't heard anything back. I've tried contacting support, but they told me they don't really have access to the store's hiring decisions.

For anyone who has worked at Best Buy or gone through their hiring process, should I assume they've moved on to other candidates?

because there no way it should be taking this long
