[Help meeee] I have been searching for months and I still can’t find it. Details Below

Hello and help! A while ago I read a… blah blah blah… long story short, I need help identifying a Manhwa. Here is what I remember: the main magic system is shown as a sort of circular sigil imprinted on the back of the hand, at one point the main character gets scammed or something when he tries to get a sigil artificially imbued on himself, i think the sigil help him remember shit, maybe… idk… it’s something like that though. Also, whenever the main character dies he regresses and loses all memories of his previous life. I’m not entirely sure if its a regression or a reincarnation, but the important part’s that he loses all memories. And the previous lives can watch the current one from some sort of afterlife temple thing. It might be a tower climbing, but im not completely sure. Thank you and good luck.
