How Do You Beat Egypt

Somewhat of a continuation from my last Venice post. Went to war with Egypt for Antalya for almost three years; about 70,000 regs/mercs and 30,000 levies vs their 30,000 regs and 230,000 levies. Killed over 100,000 levies, 20,000 regs, and was only able to occupy Tarsus because of constant levy sieges. Ended up being forced to White Peace with +40 warscore because they wouldn't agree to anything at all, not even one tick of money.

Three to four years into our truce and Egypt has regained their entire army. I've regained maybe a quarter of my levies I lost. How are you supposed to win any war against them? Only thing I can think of is kill a shit ton of levies, white peace, then immediately break the truce so they can't start regaining but then that leaves me weak too. It seems like it's just impossible to win against them.
