Connecting my IOI account

Hello - Every time I boot up First Light it invites me to 'Sign Up' for a IOI account, I give my email address (which is the same one for my IOI account) and nothing happens. It says I am signed in but I do not receive my cross-progression rewards for killing Mads Mikkelsen in Hitman 3

Looking at the IOI website it recognizes my Hitman 1 and 2 (on Steam) and my Hitman 3 (on epic) but even after refreshing it dosen't recognize my 007

Any advice on how to connect the accounts would be appreciated.
