AMCAS Transcript Error

My school does lectures with labs grades by teacher discretion, and some are combined and some are seperate. I realize now I misunderstood what to properly do, and on my AMCAS submission when I entered in courses, for the 0 credit labs I didn't enter them and marked the 4 credit courses as combined lab and lecture. So my transcript has the 0 credit labs, but I failed to list these on my course work. Theres 5 like this, 3 of them being AP courses and 2 being actual courses. What does this mean now in terms of timeline for me? I submitted on May 30th. Thanks in Advanced!
