Warranty claims after a tune

I still want to Stage 1 tune my 2025 RS6 but have hesitations on warranty issues. I previously owned a 2016 Macan Turbo with a Stage 1 tune and when the torque converter went faulty (twice!) it was covered under warranty since the dealer knew it was a common point of failure. Or maybe they didn't notice it was tuned? They didn't ask and I didn't tell.

Has anyone dealt with warranty repairs on a Stage 1 tuned Audi? Do they still tend to warranty the car if it was not obviously damaged by the tune?

I'm in the US, which I know matters to some extent as manufacturers aren't allowed to fully void a warranty after a tune, but only damage due to the tune.

Curious how Audi as a brand compares.
