AIO for ghosting my FWB after he unfollowed me on Instagram?

I (25F) have been FWB with this guy (25M) since last summer. We are not dating, no strings attached, we just like to drink, smoke and have sex.

I admit I’ve maybe gotten a little attached and I do read into the small stuff. Yesterday when we were hanging out I noticed on Instagram that he unfollowed me. I feel like this must mean he has a girlfriend or was planning on ghosting me after we had s*x again. So in the middle of hanging before we fooled around I told him I had to leave, I dropped him off home abruptly and haven’t responded to any texts since then.

He has been bombarding me with texts and called me like 7 times last night. Am I overreacting or should I break it off?
