Has anyone else had this issue with eHobbyAsia?

So, I was looking for King Arms M1 carbine 15 round C02 magazines and one of the only places I found it in stock was eHobbyAsia and Red Wolf. After some research it seemed eHobbyAsia had the faster shipping time (with Express to the US), so, I tried ordering from them. It said it failed and sent me to another payment website by the name spay. alphapay. ca.

All I want is to order 2 King Arms M1 carbine mags from them. I have been waiting for 10-20 minutes since it switched and it won't load
