Duke Elder 2026 Prep Advice

Hey all,
I’m a third year who will take duke elder in September 2026.
I am looking for advice on how to best prepare.
I have paid for the prep duke elder online course but i understand this to be just a 2 day zoom intense SBA practice and the organisers (moorfields) say we should have already started prep and know the content. This course is on the 4th and 5th but I haven’t started prepping yet apart from some passmed questions I guess.
My question is how do you revise to get the top 10% score?

Which question bank to use - I understand there is prep duke elder and eye docs?

Which sources did u use as primary information source ? Kanskis? Passmed? Notes on either of the above SBA/question banks? Any famous anki decks?

The duke elder course I mentioned above is the week before my uni exams too. So I need to balance my own uni akt exam prep as well.

Feeling overwhelmed and not sure on how to start and what to do. I would highly appreciate any input previous duke elders participants have for me. My aim is to match into st1 ophthal straight up so I do ideally need the full 2 points in the portfolio and need the top 10% score to get royal college of ophthalmology commendation too!
