Where can i buy delisted games?

Looking for a place to buy delisted games for xbox games, especially looking for forza horizon 4 & horizon 2 since my xbone disc drive broke and I reckon getting a digital version for the series s is going to be easier than finding a replacement xbone disc drive :/
