Recovering old account? Is it possible?

I haven't played DMO in years, so I tried logging into the game, only for it to say 'incorrect login information'. I noticed that they changed the allowed email domains, in which my main account was connected to. I have tried sending multiple tickets to try and see if I can send my account to a new email, but so far the response is:

I am devastated, since I have played since the open beta and put a lot of time (and money) into it.

Should I keep trying or should I just give up at this point?
