Could a saddle chair help with (my) scoliosis?

Wondering if a saddle chairs with or without a backrest could relieve the lower back pain i get from standing too long and bending. There’s nowhere I can go to try it myself. I need it particularly for grooming my dog while he’s on the table. Or should i just get a regular seat?
