Any tips on Echo farming?

Kinda sorta new here, i've only built Galbrena and Carthethiya, idk if it's just skill issue, but are her echoes really that hard to farm? especially the 3 cost ones? any farming routines you guys want to share? i have her Sig but her echoes are kinda ass, do i just keep slaving away in the mines?
