Hey y'all need help asap with load share

Hey y'all so we have a bent trailer tongue on a load share that we're taking from Portland to Phoenix. we need to be at our final destination by the 4th of June at the absolute latest. today is the second we're sitting at a uhaul location that is not able to take our load share off the trailer and on to a new one today they can only do it tomorrow and we both do not feel comfortable driving super late at night so we are not trying to drive 12 hours a day. we want to know if our contract will be void of we drop it off here tonight or if we need to wait so that the contract isn't void please please let us know asap
