All my games ending the same way

I get an early lead, get Morgard, team does nothing with it just moving back and forth and backing even though in Tactics I always have 'Aggressive' on. Sometimes this happens multiple times in a game. Team starts getting caught and enemy team eventually does their own Morgard with no resistance and ends the game instantly with it.

I swear the AI does not behave the same for the computer.
