Toddler car aversion

Has anyone experienced their 2 year old suddenly hating the car? Shes front facing (yes I know rear is safer). Seat is professionally fitted. No issues with the straps.

Even if she hears the word "car" she starts yelling NO NO.

When I am able to convinve her to get in, shes soon yelling, screaming, hysterical crying, holding her breath to the point I have to pull over or go back.

Idk whats going on and im losing my mind. Ive tried sitting with her in the back to figure it out. No luck.

No one to sit with her in the back consistently either.

Any experiences of this??
