Can anyone tell me the name of this painting based on description?

Trying desperately to figure out the name of this painting I had as a background on my old phone. Unfortunately no idea on the original source. It's a mostly nude muscular man with a large spear/iron rod jutting out of a wound in his chest through his heart. He is using the spear to write a message in his own blood, and appears to be reading most of his weight on the weapon. I remember it being in the style of the classics, pretty realistic textures and lighting but very dramatic. Lots of red and grey and black as the primary tones. I believe he is facing to the right in the painting. Please help!
