Is the amazing thailand grand sale worth it?

I am currently in thailand and supposed to go back on the 14th off june. I just saw the amazing thailand grand sale ad and wonder if it is worth to extend my stay for a couple of days in order to do shopping and enjoy this beautiful country a little more.
I m currently in Samui and i m flexible but my budget start to become tight and if the sale is also concerning hotel prices i would be able to stay longer.
So to sum up.
Is it worth it?
And is there sales on hotel prices aswell?
