Issue with swollen Spleen

Hello everyone!

I’m a 26yo male who’s approximately 200lbs, and I recently had a CT scan for an ongoing lung issue. On the scan it was notated that my spleen is 15cm and on a scan I had back in February it also notated that so it’s been swollen for possibly 4 months. I’ve never been a smoker, and bloodwork that I got last month showed a high white blood count with no ongoing sickness. I’m an African American male who has sickle cell trait, but I haven’t been tested to see if I have sickle cell disease yet. I’ve also noticed unexplained bruising without any trauma and my gums often bleed randomly as well. It was notated on the scan that I may have Paraseptal emphysematous change, and I was wondering if all of these things may connect?

I have an appointment Monday to get some tests to rule out some things but I was wondering if anyone could help identify if this is something of concern?
