Why can seriously no one drive?

I'm sure this has been mentioned before, but it's seriously been getting worse and worse recently. I am truly looking for the reason no one seems to be able to drive here, it's getting to a point. They sit in the left lane and proceed to drive 100x slower than the rest of traffic, aggressive tailgaiting, and randomly swerving into lanes, and its just so reckless! I'm younger and not as experienced in driving, so maybe I'm mistaken, but I feel like people here are serious assholes.

Not to mention, VB's roads, especially around town center, are always so congested and cannot manage the growing population of the city. VB needs some serious work because I'm tired of driving here when I have to drive trough town center every single day.
