Guys help me

I have gone through frenuloplasty 2 weeks ago.now on day 20th I was trying to do some light streching then some thing bad happened to me. A small opening formed in middle of the sutured frenulum although all the sutures have come off..so I have now panicing will it cause me more problem guys tell me if this opening will heal it self or not how many days it will take to healed that up

And guys also tell me when at what day I can start the stretching and can have safe sex with my girlfriend she is becoming hornier and want sex so after how many days can I have sex with my gf
