Theory: I think Faye's new sword is Excalibur
This theory is currently a little loose, but I also don't think its impossible.
Looking at the sword I was drawn to the dragon motif, and the purple ribbons and a red gem in the sword.
The dragon head on the pommel made me think of Pendragon, as in Welsh Pendragon means Head of the Dragon or Head of the Warriors. The Purple and Red with gold made me think of the common colours of royalty.
Next is the blade.
Welsh Celtic blades have this kind of feather shape that have a diamond shape near the base before you reach the handle, which is very similar to the sword Faye is holding (I am no sword expert and there could be a million sword designs from different cultures similar to this). You also have Faye pulling the sword out of a object, not a stone but a gelatinous cube after both Rue and Phranque agreed she could take it (its a reach but lady of the lake? Sword coming out of water except this water is a cube).
And then lastly is the whole Celtic Fae mythology, Fae and Faye, again a reach but its not an impossible connection.
If people got better theories Id love to hear them, this was just my interpretations from what I could see, and if this afterlife is full of Gods or powerful beings from various mythologies (as from what I know Laufey wasnt a god but a powerful Giant yet still ended up there) then I wouldnt be surprised if powerful weapons from various mythologies also ended up there as well.
