On and off symptoms, scared to get checked

I haven’t been officially diagnosed but I suspect that I’m dealing with fissures (had colonoscopy last year that was clear/no haemorrhoids flagged). my symptoms kind of come and go, I had a flare up in April with occasional spotting on wiping and anal itching/discomfort but eventually went away. it’s cropped up again this last few days and I’m a bit freaked out googling (I know) about supposed urgency in getting it looked at if your symptoms persist past x days.

I admittedly have a lot of health anxiety and have been at my GP’s a lot so far this year for unrelated issues so I feel a bit wary of going back yet again. but on the other hand I’m scared of chronic fissures or possibly missing something more severe. just need support idk.
