I saw in intro your able to play as the legendary monkey king no spoilers are you able to play as monkey king later or get him back to that level of power aka nimbus cloud and all that?

So I haven’t played the game yet just the intro I have seen gameplay of a boss fight against an evil monkey king later on, so without spoilers I wanted to ask if the “true” ending involves meeting or playing as that legendary monkey king again w the same power level as the intro?

I also want to ask how hard is it to get the true ending and do you think it’s worth it?
I only ask because I’d be really disappointed playing thru the whole game hoping to get back to the level of epicness at the intro only to be told later I’m just a normal monkey and that shit is not gonna happen again no matter what.

So ya minimum or no spoilers plz. Do I get to play as the monkey king from the intro later OR can I at least return to that level of power by the endgame by going thru the story or whatever. I’m hoping the intro wasn’t just a hidden gem it was really good.
