how to ask an avoidant attachment girl out on a first date?

i want to ask this one girl i really like out on a first datw. from what i know, she has had a really bad experience with an ex gf who cheated on her multiple times. now she has become an avoidant attachment girl. i am avoidant-anxious attachment mix. how to ask her out on a date in a way, she wont feel pressured or like it’s really serious. i don’t want to scare her away and i don’t expect her to want to go out with me, but i’m thinking about just asking her if she would be okay with that. i want to do it the right way. btw we are online friends and i’ve never met her irl. we have had a contact before she got together with her ex but recently we renewed the contact iykwim
