Doomed to fall from the beginning by amazon

Rant

Hello everyone,

I got this email a week ago. The email stated some issues about my I-9 documents. I didn't find an issue with it because I saw that everything had green check marks and that I did everything that was told. I wasn't able to send my documents to the link that this email told me to send to because I didn't have an amazon a-z account. (I wouldn't have gotten the pre-hire appointment without sending sufficient document). I even showed the passport to the person in the pre-hire. To make matters worse, the checklist also said "unavailable" when I try to make an amazon a-z account.

Fast forward a little bit, I finally got my shoes and the amazon a-z account section in the checklist was still unavailable so at this point, I didn't know what to do. I reached out to amazon support and they told me that I had to wait until around June 7th (my first day) before I could get my amazon a-z account. Until then, they assured me that I didn't have to worry about the email until I gained access to my amazon a-z account, which would then start the 3 day timer. Then I got an email today saying that my application was withdrawn because I didn't do anything and that amazon didn't hear from me. I reached out to support again to try to see if they could do anything in their part to help me but they said that I needed to reapply. Any thoughts?
