Dashers, pls lmk.

Hi. I’m a big tipper and a retired dasher (working 60+hrs so no time for dd). I’m looking for possible answers to why it’s taking hours for my order to get to me. When I say I’m a big tipper I’m not talking about .75C on the dollar, I’m talking about I’m tipping $10-15 for orders within 1-5 miles. I’ve been a dasher. I KNOW that when someone sees a tip that high, it gets picked up quickly… But every time I’ve ordered, for the past 8 orders, my order has gotten to me nearly 2 hours after I’ve ordered it. I don’t get it. I’m tipping a GREAT amount for the drive time… but 9/10 my food is cold…. I tip higher to ensure my food gets to me the quickest and yet it always is cold… I’m in Denton Tx, too…

I’m getting tired of DD… I truly am.
