Steam deck has motion controls!?!

Question

I’ve been playing Grounded 2 on my deck recently and have been having an “issue” with what I thought was stick drift. So I’ve been beating myself up over not putting it back in its case like I’m supposed to yadda yadda, but then I realized that the drift I’m experiencing only happens when I’m like readjusting in my chair or moving around. So I started tipping, rotating, and just generally moving around my deck to see if any specific movements are affecting it. NOTHING, until that is I place my thumb on the right joystick. Not applying any pressure I start looking around my room with it like that old 3ds augmented reality game, and would you fucking believe that it starts aiming me around in game.

I’ve found this to be a really cool discovery but I can figure out how to turn it off and it’s really pissing me off. If this is like we’ll know sorry, and also please tell me how to disable it.
