How do I make a stronger tincture?

I decarbed 14g of shake on 240F for 1hr. I put the bud and some everclear in a jar. Shook it and put it in the freezer overnight.

The result is OKAY but I feel that it should be stronger. I made a 2oz tincture with 14g! And its mid. Why?
