Trying to find odd game

So I'm looking for a game that I remember but not the name, I've tried searching around for it but simply can't find anything. The first level of the game is in a trailer park, you roll around as a little zombie guy with badges, small body, big head and fight others, you collect them after, I can't remember if it's an RPG or something different. Can anyone help me?
