Student Conduct, and requesting an advisor

Hello everyone I recently got a notice to appear for an administrative resolution hearing and I was wondering if the FERPA form means I am given an advisor or if I have to find my own outside of campus, and what the penalties regarding this issue might be. I did underage drinking and went to the ER, and I think I threw up somewhere, they say physical abuse but I do not remember doing this.
