in store shopper

today was my first day on the floor.
it was a lot.
i’m trying to not only memorize the store but also remember stuff my ATL says.
i’m fine with multiple order picks, staging & what not,
i’m just having issues with the difference of the delivery & pick up bags.
delivery orders need cool liners for frozen & chilled. but pick up does not use insulated bags at all?

plz explain to me like i’m 5

or just a recommendation of set up would help, thanks :))))
