What are some social hobbies where I could hopefully meet ppl?

I have always been kind of an introvert with anxiety/depression taking the big screen recently because of it. Im genuinely rly bad at talking in general tho im trying (i actually started 2 smol convos yesterday) but since meeting someone and realizing that oh shi i actually dont have a life im hoping on some insight on finding smth.

ik hobbies r not a currency for friendship n im not doing this to just farm friends or to gain points showing i have a life, I just feel i dont have a propper hobby/life since most of my "hobbies" are consumption based or just "walking" which ig u could call a hobby.

Im tryna look for stuff that may attract... how do I say? The unique crowds? I myself am queer n into alteritve music/fashion but no clue into either finding these ppl or hobbies associated with them. I've heard abt mtg/dnd game nights but anxiety shoots thru the roof just thinking of being in an insanely small room with ppl who prob already know each other im aiming for smth low stakes for starters just to build momentum on getting used to talking where its social enough where there's potential to still meet ppl that dosent feel super forced.
