Scam Sublease

Location: Rhode Island

I found a sublease for a furnished apartment in Rhode Island on Craigslist and signed a sublease agreement without visiting in person. However, I think I am getting scammed. The pictures of the apartment trace back to a different state when reverse image searched and upon re-reading the agreement, I notice multiple typos. The landlord wants me to pay rent and a security deposit (which is the price of one month's rent) tomorrow.

Even though I have already signed to lease agreement, is it legal for me to back out of paying?
