Hi everyone! I am heading back to Korea for the summer break and am looking for someone to take over my room from June until the end of August.

Location: 111 Carlton St / Parkside Student Residence
Transit: Just a 7-minute walk from College Subway Station (Downtown). The streetcar stops right in front of the building, and there is a bus stop just across the crosswalk.
Proximity: Very close to TMU, U of T, and other downtown campuses.

Amenities & Facilities
Security: 24/7 security staff at the lobby. Keycard access is strictly required to enter the building.
In-house Facilities: Access to a gym, study rooms, lounges, and various student residence programs held within the building.
Roommate Situation (Females Only)

Requirement: Looking for a female student/renter, as the current roommate is female.
About the Roommate: She is an international student, but her family home is close to Toronto, so she is away 3 to 4 days a week. This means you will have plenty of privacy and space to yourself!
Layout: You will only share the living room and bathroom; the bedroom is entirely private.

Room Features
The room comes fully furnished with a bed, desk, sofa, fridge, and vacuum cleaner.

Please reach out if you are interested or have any questions. Open to offers!
