Can a host delete a negative comment?

Currently staying at a home listed on Vrbo for a few days, and we’ve had multiple circumstances (I can provide details if you’d like) where it is clear that the property owner (who I believe lives in the home next door) has entered the home during our stay when they believe we are not home. After reading through the rules and whatnot it says nothing about the owner being able to do such. After this experience I would like to leave a review to let any other future guests know that the space is not completely private. Any other advice on what to do is welcome!!
