UE-cet waived, do I still need to pay the UE-CET fee in order to apply?

Hello! I have emailed UE (manila campus) itself about this inquiry but they still haven't replied, I don't know if I still need to pay the 600 peso fee for the exam despite it being waived. Would like to know if I still have to pay or not
