Ink smearing on last layer, same spot, one specific image

Been having this problem all day and looking for answers hopefully. I am printing on acrylic as I have done hundreds of time before. The last top layer is smearing. Happens everytime around the same spot, and this is only happening on one specific image. Other images seem to be printing fine. I am doing CMYK - White - CMYK. The first CMYK layer is perfect, it seems to just be affecting the top most layer. No idea why or how to even fix this. Any ideas?
