Help!

I am an external hire, brand new and just finished my 2week SM training. I got to the store that I am taking over and it is a complete disaster. Sky shelves packed, so much overstock, nothing is in the right spot, HHTs don’t work, looks like it hasn’t been faced or cleaned in months, resets are not done, truck from last week still in the stockroom and getting another truck tomorrow. I am so stressed and feel like I’m just being thrown in and I feel like I didn’t get trained properly. Any advice?
