Moisturizer just sitting on my face

I have very dry skin, but it seems to be getting even drier. I recently got a facial and it made things 10x worse. For the past few weeks, when I put moisturizer on it just sits on my face and doesn’t absorb. My skin will get oily and shiny but still feel super dry and tight. I usually use LaRoche posay gentle cleanser, then hyaluronic acid toner, then innisfree green tea moisturizer. Since this issue has been happening, I’ve tried vanicream, cetaphil, cerave, and LaRoche posay lipikar, and done some exfoliation because I thought maybe the dry skin was stopping the moisturizer from getting though, and nothing has helped. It’s driving me crazy because my face is so dry and itchy. Help!!
