Help With "Low Level Fantasy" Rules

Hello viewers,

I was hoping that someone could help me with this subject of "low fantasy". From what I have read it came from 6th edition and was in a white dwarf magazine. Does anybody know what issue it was? I'd like to purchase one and own and have it on hand but finding out the issue number is a little hard, at least I'm not having much luck. It seems to be issue 308 from what I have seen but I haven't been able to confirm that. Thank you in advance!

Side note, I'm a green skin fan. If you know of any white dwarf issues that a green skin lover would enjoy please let me know! I'm very interested in old issues.
